                            Delicious Basbousa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups semolina
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1 ½ cups sugar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon rosewater (optional)
