SEEKH KABAB BANANE KA TARIKA URDU ME

Step 1: Seekh Kabab Masala Prep
- Agar aapke paas readymade seekh kabab masala hai, toh aap usey istemaal kar sakte hain. Warna, neeche diye gaye ingredients se seekh kabab masala ghar par bana lein:
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds (sabut dhania)
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns (kali mirch dane)
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
- 1 teaspoon dried pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
- 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves (pudina)
- 1 teaspoon of dried kasuri methi (fenugreek) leaves
- Grind all the above ingredients to make a fine powder.
Step 2: Mixing the Ingredients
- Ek mixing bowl mein keema (minced meat), pyaaz (onion), adrak-lehsan paste (ginger-garlic paste), hari mirch (green chili), lal mirch powder (red chili powder), garam masala, namak (salt), aur thoda sa seekh kabab masala mila lein.
- Sabhi ingredients ko achhe se mila lein, taaki masala evenly mix ho jaaye.
Step 3: Marination and Resting
- Ab, mixture ko dhak kar kam se kam 30 minutes tak refrigerate kar dein, jisse masale acche se ghusein aur flavors enhance ho jaayein.
Step 4: Shaping the Seekh Kababs
- Seekh kabab ko banane ke liye, mixture se lambi seekhein bana lein. Mixture ko halka sa grease kiya hua haath se pakdein aur haathon mein ghuma lein, taaki mixture acche se stick kare aur seekh shape ban sake.
- Har seekh ko flat surface par rakh kar shape de sakte hain, jaise ki rectangle ya oval.
Step 5: Cooking the Seekh Kababs
- Seekh kabab ko medium-hot tave (griddle) par oil se grease kar lein.
- Greased seekh kababs ko tave par rakhein aur dono taraf se halka-bhura hone tak pakayein. Flip karte waqt halka oil aur seekh kabab masala lagate rahein, jisse seekh kabab aur swadish ban jaayein.
Step 6: Serving
